Meet Daniel E. Oliva
At the negotiating table and in the courtroom, Daniel has represented the “moms and pops”, Fortune 500 Companies, lenders, HOAs, landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and first-time home buyers. Daniel began his real estate career representing the State in eminent domain/condemnation actions. Now, Daniel represents property owners in real estate litigation and on transactional matters.
Daniel is a proud graduate of Michigan State University College of Law and continues to cheer on the Spartans with his family and friends.
